About The Intense Group

Randy joined the Intense Group in 2007 after a successful career building and selling Adams McClure, Inc., a 40 million dollar per year print and display manufacturing company with plants in Texas and Colorado. With over thirty years experience in all aspects of printing, he holds industry leading POP and packaging knowledge. Randy’s forte is helping clients innovate POP and displays for maximum product visibility for their brand or retail environment. 

Colby brings over 12 years of experience to both printing and fulfillment business. Colby received his Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising from Texas State University. He possesses a deep understanding of both traditional and digital printing technologies, Colby has consistently demonstrated a commitment to quality, precision, and customer satisfaction. 

Colby's vast experience spans across various facets of the printing industry’s landscape, including offset printing, digital printing, large format printing, and multiple finishing processes. His proficiency in color management, print production workflows, and prepress operations ensures that each project he undertakes is executed with both attention to detail and superior craftsmanship.

With Colby’s ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans, his knowledge of printing technologies and industry trends and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, making him a valuable asset to the printing indistry. 

Throughout his career, Colby has been instrumental in the successful execution of numerous high- profile projects. His clients range from small businesses to large corporations, both local and internationally based, all of whom trust his expertise to bring their visions to life.

When Colby is not on press or working on a national brand’s marketing plan, he is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing and traveling with his wife and three teenage daughters. 

They love to hike and visit the beach, sometimes his sandy white lab Winston gets to join along. 

Skyler Prince is a seasoned Printing and Kitting Project Manager at The Intense Group, bringing a decade of experience to his role. Known for his charisma and natural problem-solving skills, Skyler excels in managing complex projects and fostering strong client relationships. His approachable demeanor and people-oriented nature make him a valued leader and team member. Outside of work, Skyler is dedicated to his family, being a loving husband to Jennifer and a devoted father to their daughter, Ensley.

Matt Weir has been a graphic designer for 15+ years with experience working at advertising, public relations, marketing, boutique graphic design and in-house agencies. His clients have spanned from local nonprofits to major airlines to luxury beauty. Matt has a passion for good typography with a knack for elevated print pieces of all types. His work has been acknowledged by the Addy and DSVC awards amongst several others.
